  • Open water sessions to practice mouthfill equalization and perform warm-up and workup dives for free immersion and constant weight freediving. Goal – constant weight freedive of 27 metres/ 90 feet.

How can you start learning now?

You can review basic and advanced freediving information in the first two sections, then start studying for your master freediver training.

What freediving gear will you use?

You need to have a freediving mask, snorkel, bifins, wetsuit and weight belt. Your instructor may allow you to use monofins. You will also need a surface signaling device and a freediving computer (or depth gauge and timer).

To know more about the different freediving gear available have a look at our online store and talk with your PADI Master Freediver Instructor about other possible gear.
